I usually eat something late night to keep from getting to hungry. But I eat small meal often 5-7 times a day. Works for me. I have total control

Also, when I snack at night, unless it is an apple, my blood sugars in the morning will be high, above 130. When it is over 200, then I know I really blew it. I think that it is the fiber in the apple that is helping to keep it low. Also, try not to eat after 6 pm.

We need regular meals and snacks to prevent spikes and lows. Otherwise our bodies are in a war zone of over and under corrections.
Just keep it simple so the meds van cope.

If the sweets you're eating include dark chocolate, 72% cacao or greater, then it makes perfect sense. Researchers have determined that dark chocolate has several benefits including improving insulin sensitivity which in turn helps control blood sugar levels.
