Dark Urine

Hi, I have been sick since yesterday. ....headache, sneezing, cough. Blood sugar OK not over 160. But my urine is really dark. I have blood ketone meter and ketone negative. Has anyone else ever experienced this?

Caffeinated beverages don't count in replacing fluids.

Dehydration more than likely you need MORE fluids in your system.
