I have taken Glyburide in the past and within an hour of taking it I would be hypoglycemic. As of the last several years, I have been on Janumet. As of late it didn’t seem to be lowering my blood sugar so I asked my doctor to be put on a low dose of Glyburide (1.25mg) in addition to my Janumet, since I knew it lowered my blood sugar.
