Eating a balanced diet rich in all foods is the best. Was advised the Mediterranean diet is one of the best as it is rich in healthy veggies, lean meats and fruits. Speak with a dietitian and a specialized physician

I eat very little fruit and no juice . Are you going endocrinologist or just a regular GP doctor? If you can't find an endocrinologist and internal doctor. If you have a hospital deer you they may have classes on how to balance your diet.
