i'm curious to know if anyone uses my fitness pal app to track food? or even just for looking up information on food? i think it has the best data base of foods
Yes. It is the best one I found on the web. It is also free. It really does a great job at helping you track and analyse your food intake as well as your exercise.
You are doing great, @A DiabetesTeam Member ! The first step to overcoming those blocks is to figure out what they are. I am the very opposite. I like doing my activities at home, except for the waking thing. That gets me out and about the neighbourhood. I like the FitStar app (a companion app to the Fitbit one). I love the numbers. They key into my competitive side. I compete with myself and try to improve all the time.
Hi @A DiabetesTeam Member ! It is nice to here from you. I cycle for 90 minutes every single day. I also do a half hour walk in the afternoon and a bit of interval training at some point. It feels good and I don't dare miss a day.
Hi, I've been counting carbs for over 2 years, and use a combination of a) information on packaging, b) information on manufacturer or supermarket websites, c) fitness pal and d)) a book called carbs & calorie counter. Fitness pal is really good when info isn't available elsewhere. I'd definitely recommend that you use it, based on my experience. Good luck :)
Me too! But not to be confused with #metoo! You inspire me me.
I have found doing exercises at hope is the challenge I cannot do.
I must go out my Front Door! Isnβt it strange, we all have our blocks.
Keep it up Bonnie! Keep warm out West! Warm thoughts Kathy βοΈπ
