It’s just one of them things, if they’re eating sweet or sugary stuff doesn’t mean you have to! Life is all about choices, same goes for food. Yes I know some/ most of that high carb stuff tastes great, but not a necessary thing to eat!!

Regardless of what everyone else is or are eating, doesn’t mean you’ve got to eat it. Being diabetic is hard enough and worrying what you’re going to eat etc is enough. Am not trying to sound mean, as that’s not my intention. Don’t worry if they’re eating sweets etc, yes it would be nice to eat all that stuff, but that incredible high blood sugar just isn’t worth it!!!
