I keep medicated powder in the house for just that reason. I also have a standing prescription for Nystatin powder. It works great for that.

Try a jock itch cream. I know that sounds nuts for women, but both my Mom and myself get areas of fungus from sweating. It helps.

Doc gave me DAKTACORT as its a fungus infection due to being on FORXIGA which makes you pee out the sugar. Also using moisturiser/wash called DERMOL.

I have that problem if I have exercised or walked for an extended time and don't shower after. If you are too tired to shower, like I often am before going to bed, try washing with a warm wash clothe in those areas. I have the same problem and the itch keeps me up if I don't take care of it. I don't like using powder because of the scare of cancer it can cause.
