My doctor watches my kidneys, as I have stage 4 Kidney disease. He also watches my heart and blood pressure. I think that belly fat for women may be related to genetic, how many pregnancies you've had, PCOS polycystic ovarian syndrome, and how much exercise you have.

I will. Hate bad weather (any excuse not to exercise) so have ordered mini treadmill. Will have to use it as husband will moan at me and might have to go out in rain ☔️ for some peace and quiet
