I am concerned about the health effects associated with belly fat. Though I've lost nearly thirty pounds and wish to lose ten more, my stomach is a source of contention for me. I can't seem to get rid of it and wondered what has worked for you. My doctor watches my kidneys, as I have stage 4 Kidney disease. He also watches my heart and blood pressure. I think that belly fat for women may be related to genetic, how many pregnancies you've had, PCOS polycystic ovarian syndrome, and how much exercise you have.

I will. Hate bad weather (any excuse not to exercise) so have ordered mini treadmill. Will have to use it as husband will moan at me and might have to go out in rain ☔️ for some peace and quiet

Try walking with 1Hiking Pole. It steadies you Frame. And just walk a little more each day. It is so very important for your well being your new hip your T2D and your Belly Fat! I know... Make it your New Years resolutions Good Luck Kathy
