Sore Ankles

i have severe pain in my ankles when i get up in the morning or if i sit for too long..Does anybody know what this is??

If it is Arthritis.....in Australia I was able to purchase her al tabs that do not interfere with medications.. these are Cumin tabs that have Tumeric in them....... no arthritic pain after one course. Good luck.

Hi it sounds like arthritis to me. You need to get it checked at your GP.

Turmeric or curcumin works WONDERs as an anti inflammatory and it is inexpensive....I swear by it....if you find that your ankles are swollen....talk to a cardiologist....there could be a circulation issue there.....

Have you been to see a doctor or health care practitioner. Here in South Africa we have Diabetic Clinics and you can go to them. If they think it's necessary they will refer u to your Dr.

I'm not at all sure what the problem is but if your bones hurt it might be worth having your Vitamin D levels checked
