I don't want to sound too ignorant, asking so many questions. It's just that I watched my dad go downhill from complications due to Diabetes and eventually pass away after a sad struggle. I was much younger and I wish I would have taken the time to learn more about the disease so I could have helped him live a healthier lifestyle

I think you are right. The exercise and healthier eating could be lowering your blood sugar.

Most family doctor's will squeeze you in if you call and tell them what is going on.

No, only testing your Potassium. I told my pharmacist and Dr my symptoms and they decided to test it.

I suggest that you call your doctor's office and explain what is happening and tell them you need to come in they should be able to squeeze you in. If, not go to the er.

Stop exercising so aggressively, and increase your carb intake.
