G'day mate, have you tried "Porridge" /"Oatmeal" for breakfast, being made from rolled oats, it helps even out your BS, your cholesterol etc., you can add fresh bananas, sultanas, nuts, other dried and fresh fruits to it, for variety......I find it keeps me full longer, and it warms me up in the winter......hope this helps......Kind Regards Cindy.....
Better use whole grain bread when eating. Better than whole wheat.
How about a western omelet with tomatoes, green peppers, onions, Turkey sausage, cheese topped with salsa?
I have steel oat oatmeal, or eggs with whole wheat toasted bread, non salt butter and cinnamon.
I wouldn't eat any cereal pàncakes waffles toast or juice. We boil a dozen hard boiled eggs and keep them in the fridge. Each morning I have 2-3 eggs and coffee or tea.
