Oatmeal is ok but don't have much of it. About 3/4 of a cup is 15 grams of carbs.Have some protein along with it.Have an egg or stir some peanut butter into your oatmeal for protein.Have a glass of milk as well. :-)

Eating oatmeal (my favorite food) is a great start to the day. I add peaches, or blueberries and walnuts or apple cinnamon with almonds. Good meals and healthy snacks are essential for me!

I drink 3 litres of lemon water throughout day. When i exercise i drink another litre. Stops me from being hungry.

Have some fruit or small lettuce and veg.salad.Eat as much raw vegs as you want.Hard boiled eggs are good and filling.I always have some cooked and ready to grab from the fridge for a snack.Sugar free gum too.
