What Is Your Favorite Summer Hot Weather Snack?
A DiabetesTeam Member asked a question 💭

I used to freeze grapes to have as a summer hot weather snack. Unfortunately, I eat too many of them to stay within my carb budget for snacks.

What are your favorite summer cool snacks?

I like apple pie and ice cream, but I know I can't have it.I am at peace with this disease however it doesn't mean I have to like it.

Squeeze a load of fresh oranges and grate the zest, mix with the the juice & make lollies/popsicles for hot weather, 1 overipe banana.+ 3/4pt of semi skimmed milk blitzed together = 1 fresh naturally sweet healthy thick banana milkshake, chilled blitzed vegetable smoothies, make vegetable juice lollies/popsicles, frozen banana milkshake makes healthy lollies/popsicles
