I had this. I even went to Physical Therapy for it and no one knew what it was. So, I did some research. It turned out to be Pain in the Peroneus Longus. They have an article on LiveStrong about it. Anyway, there are stretches you can do to relieve the pain after walking and then there are strengthening exercises you can do to help build up that muscle to eventually make it strong enough to stop hurting completely. I hope that helps.

Cheer up Charlotte, I think you have to start enjoying what you have, and feeling positive for that you are having a Baby 🤰 Best gift anyone can have! It could be as simple as hormones mine were all over the place with one of my two.
Look at what you have achieved! And put one foot in front of the other! Good Luck Charlotte. T2D is a grown up situation, I bet your up to the challenge.
All the best @A DiabetesTeam Member.

I suggest you see a doctor who specializes in feet. It really could be any number of things
