My sugar is 28 in the morning at 8 am and a 10.8 in the late afternoon. 6 pm.

I am on Novilin ,2x a day.
Can you tell me what to help in getting my sugars under control.

That sounds like she is Canadian. Our levels are different types than American. Ours should be below 7 unless you are a senior than anything below 10 is excellent.

I learned that in Canada that "between 6 and 8 I feel great". Close enough though.

Check your blood sugar àt night if its normal then have something sweet..this will help prevent low sugar in the morning
