My GP is marvellous as regards my diabetes, Get a full check up every 3 months blood pressure etc and once a year a get what he calls a diabetes review and this is for free. Does weight, height etc and asks endless questions. 3 cheers for my GP he is very helpful.

Not just a internest. Definetly Seek out an Endocrenolist who is a spealist in diabetes. Do It now. Reg docs arte ok, but they do not have the full knowledge and changes in the diabetes deasese.

I sorry to hear your doctor never started treatment. I would get another doctor, because maybe that doctor doesn't know enough about diabetes.

I'm sorry you had to go through this. It's awful that you were never told. You rely on your doctor to help you with your health problems and you were not even told.
