as i am happy with using my meter which is accu-check and it uses cassettes,i used to get 2 each month on repeat prescription.but now i have only been given 1.has anyone had problems with this and how do i get past it as do not want to change meters

How often do u check your blood. Ask your Dr to write a script for 2x the amount. They have to fill it

I check my blood sugars every other day. Usually in the morning and sometim s during the day. Usually pretty good. No higher than 6 in am.

surely it is better for diabetics to keep an eye on their sugars,then to reduce test strips
