Most posts here and everywhere else continue to display a lack of basic knowledge of what T2 is.

T2 has nothing to do with particular food types,

T2 has everything to do with "processing carbs tolerance limit" and when we exceed that limit a little bit of extra carbs will send our BS as high as a kite

Depends on where you live, I know my mom had it explained to her about carb loading to her limit its how she was able to find what worked for her.

Me I learned my carb to insulin ratio over the course of two years through trial and error.

@nuxc i've sked for an dietist with knowledge on carbs. Yes i've reduced my t2 with medicines on trial and wrror. I missed an specialist or diner plan.

Educators do not understand fully the way foods interact with T2 diabetics as our pancreas works differently than T1 sufferers who have a stronger biological/familial component.
