Does anyone else worry about the side effects of this drug? Has anyone had good results?

side effects??? There’s a risk in everything, chances of being allergic to certain foods, side effects of meds etc etc, list goes on - have to take your meds!! If you’re having a hard time with metformin, lots of people. Loads don’t have any problems. Talk to your doctor, there are other meds!! I had them dreaded side effects, lost weight etc. dr finally put me on something else, told me it was doing as much harm as it was helping. Looong story short, on insulin now & kidney failure!! It’s no fun, but I dealing with it 😁

Like with most meds there are always side effects. No everyone gets them. Since I can't take most pills, due to kidney disease, I don't have to worry about that anymore.
