I am very new to all this and the numbers i know are much different than what i am seeing here. My first blood sugar reading was 328 in the hospital about 5 days ago. It is much lower with medication now but i do not understand the some of the really small numbers i am reading
Thanks for the feed back
My numbers are suppose to be between 80-120 in the morning and not go above 180 tested 2 hours after meal. this is the numbers on our testers. every few months we do hA1c blood test to show what it is for the last 2-3 months and this they want to read around 6. Even with medication my numbers are never this low. Hope this helps
International Standard for glucose levels is MMOL the US is its own law onto itself for a lot of things including glucose thus it has its own system that isnt use around the world.
conversion rate is as follows
MMOL x 18 = mg/dl
mg/dl / 18 = mmol
5 x (Phone number can only be seen by the question and answer creators)
Same here in Australia.
