It could be that the closer we are to hunter gatherer's DNA the more susceptible we are to developing T2. If that is the case should our diet be closer to a hunter gatherer's diet. Or are there other considerations and conclusions we can come to, .re. DNA and T2.

Just my oppion but you look at traditonal diets of native populations over european. The native populations ate what was avalible and theor bodies may not process premade food as well. Native americans also have a higher risk.

I think it is intresting, today i can search on my familytree overan petiod over about 400 or 500 years . Newspapers over the last 400 years. In these papers i can also look after my old family here in Holland
Macedonie, germany. Yeslooking after my famlytree i can see the diabetics is present even other diseases.
