Do Artificial Sweetners Raise Blood Suger Levels.
A DiabetesTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have on occasions found my BSL higher after drinking tea with sweetners. Some would say cut the sweetners but I can't stand my tea without them.

Thank you Colin. Of course the sweetners are non carbon but I still feel they do have an effect. I will post back on here should I get some results of my mini testing

I never used sweetener of any kind in tea or coffee, I use honey in place of sugar on other things like cereal
