What Joan said. Your numbers are way low, IMHO. I wake up 70 to 120 and keep it below 150 all day. Talk to your doctor, today!

Right, if this is happening daily you definitely need an adjustment to your medications, so please ask your doctor as it is very stressful on your body to be having numbers in that low range. If this is only a one time happening it could be due to something you ate, or didn't eat when you should. However, as I said daily lows in that range are really bad for your body. You need to be waking up to number no lower than 80, and mostly between 90 and 120 at the most. Close around the 100 mark would be excellent. Hoping you will get your doctor's help soon.
