Slimfast is high in sugars?

Yes diets do work till you start eating again

I've tried different diets and they don't work. I'm trying to eat healthy. However, because of cancer, right now I'm drinking a lot of boost and other diabetic meal replacement drinks.

I eat as healthily as possible 95% of the time with 5% allowed for a monthly treat such as a meal out or an occasional takeaway

you can do the slim fast diet, if you eat a good breakfast and then have dinner and tea with slimfast, or breakfast and dinner slimfast and have tea normal
