I was 13. Put on metformin 2X per day 500mg and all is better now. AIC was 6.4 after 2 years as diabetic

I am in Montreal Quebec and I believe mine was 5.9 not too high but with running on both sides I was put on Metformin 2x a day now for a trial period I am on 1/2 a pill 2x aday , had blood work done this week with call Dr next week for results

I was at 22 when I first was checked did not improve on tabs so two weeks later was put onto insulin

my reading was 25 when i was admitted to hospital and diagnosed as a diabetic and put on medication.
