Metformin

What can I do for hair loss due to this medicine plus I'm tired a lot. I looked up side effects and these are some of the effects. It states the B12 in me is low due to this medicine do you think if I take B12 vitamins it would help?

Hey Guys. I don't know whether this will help your feet. I was told back in NZ that the best thing to do was to raise up on the balls of your feet and drop back on your heels. I've been doing it for ages and for me it works. We are talking doing it for minutes at a time. Instead of sitting watching TV, stand and do it while the ads are on. Something to do about the dexterity of your feet and when we all climbed down out of trees.

As for the hair thingy I'm lucky being a feller shave it off. Why I wear a hat eh.

Go well the All Blacks

When I was first dxd, I started losing hair due to a combination of emergency surgery and a thyroid medication. I lost a lot of hair....more than half, I would say. All the information I could find said it was only temporary, and truthfully, it did stop after a few months. But its very upsetting when it's happening to you. I started taking Biotin to encourage regrowth. You can get it in the vitamin section of the grocery store and its not expensive. My hair did grow back just a thick as before.
Have you been tested for thyroid function as this can also cause hair loss and fatigue?
Diabetics are prone to vitamin B deficiency as some of the meds we take can deplete our stores of vitamin B. My Dr has prescribed me a super B complex to help with circulation in my legs.
