Pretty much what everyone has already said....low carbs, exercise, take your meds if you are using them and very important, stay hydrated. Drink, drink, drink. I use the little powdered packets of drink mix because let's face it, all that water is boring.

Count carbs and watch portion sizes and exercise.

Hon make sure you watch the bad carbs, and you can get online and look up about carbs.. 2- Start moving, you need to be somewhat active. Good luck Hugs

Talk with your doctor. A med adjustment may be called for. Shoot for A1C of 7.0 or less.

diet & exxeercise. If you have to do it many times a day to get it in. Do it.
