I have tingling from calves down to toes and VERY painful heels when I walk. Doctor says Planter Fasciitis but I'm not sure. Sugar and levels all OK. Only been on insulin for a year. Any help

What are your before eating numbers and 2 hour numbers.
What medications are you taking. Be detailed.
Hba1c down from 92 to 65 since going on insulin
I'm only doing sugars once, in morning, and it's about 6-7. Only taking tougeo before bed.
