Dehydration, even mild dehydration... Can add to vascular damage and can add to nerve damage.

Once we have diabetes we are at severe risk for additional vascular damage.

Keep our before eating numbers and 2 hour numbers in the nondiabetic range of 4.0(72 USA) to 7.8(140 USA).

Numbers below 4.0(72 USA) or above 7.8(140 USA) add to cumulative vascular damage. As cumulative vascular damage = nerve damage, = organ damage.

I don't know about others bur I find AI responses here patronising. I'm a big fan of AII use it all the time in research but only as a jumping off point but I find the above message nauseating and no non human and robotic.

My numbers stay in a good range and I drink lots of water, but my neuropathy is progressing. I am currently in remission from my T2. My pcp has sent me to vascular, neurology, and pain management. Neuropathy sucks
