I don’t know what causes my dizziness but when I sometimes turn around to sit down on my recliner I get dizzy if I spin too quickly or whatever happens but I have to close my eyes for a while

I have but it's not due to my Type2 Diabetes. It only started after I had 6TIA'S (mini strokes) in a single day in October 1998 so I guess it's a side effect of the TIA's. I have osteoarthritis in both knees, both hips that causes great pain that goes right across my back from one side to the other, side plus I had both knees joints replaced (right in 2015 left in 2016) and
now they are rapidly wearing out so that's another contributing factor. Anyway I try 100% to not let it limit my life in any way but it's an ongoing fight to not let it limit my life!
Be vigilant.
