As I approach hypo territory. I see a headache, blurry vision. Then intense hunger and intense thirst. Then nausea, sweating, intense tiredness - it hurts not to sleep, I begin to shake, my heart races, anxiety, and more. Baby steps.

I try to catch it when it's just headache and blurry vision. Baby steps.

Hypos suck. Uncontrolled hypos can lead to coma and death. Baby.

I keep lifesavers mints in my pockets. Baby steps

Sublingual absorption.
If you put sweets under your tongue they are absorbed directly into your bloodstream. That gets the quickest response. Baby steps.

That's what I do.

When I start going low I get a black ring on the outside of my vision. This is before I start getting shakey

If u get a black ring on the outside of ur vision SEE A DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY IT COULD BE DIABETIC RETINOPATHY!
