@A DiabetesTeam Member I'm pretty lethargic during the day also, Nancy. I shamelessly take a nap almost every afternoon. I find it works wonders. It does help that I'm retired and have that luxury. Try not to worry so much about the fatigue. Wishing you the best.
Why am I extremely tired during the day despite managing my sleep apnea?

I’m so glad to read that my friend ! 🤗🥰
@A DiabetesTeam Member Thanks Lorna. They really do help.😊
I’m low in Vitamin B12 (so my energy levels are low). I started getting B12 Injections yesterday and I’m having one a month for 3 months straight and then I will have another blood test to see if it has been successful in lifting my energy levels.
Our bodies are very complex systems and the blood tests also have questions about my folate levels (Vitamin B6) which the body needs for various purposes
I think I have to slow down during the extreme heat here In Subtropical Queensland Australia this Summer
