In July I was diagnosed with Depression, Anxiety, Insomnia, and PTSD. Then in August I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, hyperthyroidism, and carpal tunnel in both hands. I also have endometriosis I was diagnosed with it in 2010. My blood sugar levels haven’t been below 200 and the other day it was 365 that’s the highest I’ve had seen since I was diagnosed with diabetes. I am on medication for it I am taking 1,000 mg in the morning and at night

Glad to meet you. My name is Joyce. I to am battling a lot of different things. Anytime we are under stress, whether it be emotional or physical it will cause an elevation in blood sugars. Temperatures like extreme heat or cold can also affect our blood sugars
