I just took the carbs away and replaced with veggies. I use spaghetti squash or spiralized Zucchini for pasta. Not the same but tastes good. Rarely eat potatoes . Or white rice. Instead I have a salad and veggie at dinner.
Typical menu for me.
Breakfast.
Cheese and spinach omelet.1/2 slice of Daves good seed bread
Lunch:
Peanut butter and celery
Or
Cottage cheese and 1/4 cup fruit or berries
Dinner
Chicken thighs
Wild rice
Broccoli
Sometimes I Use muchroom soup for gravy

@A DiabetesTeam Member My ex loved cooking in a wok with a tiny bit of oil on the bottom.
@A DiabetesTeam Member hello I absolutely love one pan stir fried meals with lots of fresh vegetables and some meat including Chicken breast chunks with some Satay Peanut sauce marinade for extra flavour (but the sauce is optional)
I also cook meat with a of steamed vegetable including potatoes, carrots, pumpkin and sweet potatoes and I steam some cabbage and broccoli 🥦

@A DiabetesTeam Member I Google a lot for the right foods to eat if you are diabetic. I just make lists and decide for myself which foods to have for breakfast, lunch, etc. I'm not really into menus. Anyway, try Googling. It might help you oodles. I think I'll have those two lines copywrited. Bye.
