There is no natural supplement, secret pill or even a drug that will reverse diabetes

Reversal is more properly "remission" - you will still have diabetes but it just won't be detectable in a normal lab test - you will "look" normal

It is done by following three steps, no exceptions

You need to be at normal weight

You need to eat a Low Carb Diet with no more than 130 net carbs/day - so yes you have to count AND you may have to consume far less than 130 depending on how advanced your diabetes already is

You must work upwards to 150-180 minutes of dedicated exercise each week

Remission is not possible, even with a truckload of supplements/naturals if your weight is not normal, you are not eating healthy low carb and you are exercising regularly and you will have to do that for the rest of your life IF you get to remission in order to stay there

You are not going to "fix" the diabetes, just be crazy about controlling it nearly perfectly

That's what Remission or Reversal is, it's not about going back to eating pizza and donuts unfortunately

I have been in remission since 2016 - I count everything that goes in my mouth - carbs and calories, I keep my BMI at 22, I exercise regularly and never cheat on my diet, never take a day off - that's the price of remission/reversal

Taking meds would be easier but then I would lose my Bragging Rights which is about the only advantage to doing it "without meds" and of course, no chance of a side effect from meds that I Don't Take...

Can type 2 diabetes be reversed with natural remedies?

While type 2 diabetes cannot be completely cured, it's possible to achieve remission - where blood sugar levels stay in the normal range for at least three months without medication. This is most likely to happen in the early stages of diabetes, before insulin-producing cells become too fatigued. It's important to note that herbal supplements and natural remedies should never replace prescribed medications without consulting your healthcare provider. While some natural supplements like alpha-lipoic acid, chromium, cinnamon, and ginseng have shown potential benefits for blood sugar control, more research is needed to confirm their effectiveness. Additionally, these supplements may interact with diabetes medications.

The most effective natural approaches to managing diabetes include:
• Following a nutritious, balanced diet
• Regular physical activity
• Maintaining a healthy weight
• Quitting smoking if applicable
• Consistently monitoring blood glucose levels

Always work with your healthcare team before making any changes to your diabetes management plan.
