I just stick to the ZERO offerings for Pop (Soda for you Southerners) ๐Ÿ˜ with both Pepsi and Coke now offering over a dozen different Zero flavours (I have been drinking the Pepsi Lime Zero, occasionally cut with a bit of Canadian Rye Whiskey since the pop is a little much "straight up") ๐Ÿคฃ

In non-carbonated I like the squeeze flavours for your water (tang and kool-aid make zero sugar flavours)

Soda Stream is owned by Pepsi, so they are getting your bucks no matter how you look at it ๐Ÿ˜‚

Many DiabetesTeam members use SodaStream as an alternative to regular sodas. The device offers several options for making lower-sugar or zero-calorie beverages at home, including "bubly drops" that add natural flavor without sugar or artificial sweeteners.

Like you're doing with Mio, using your own sugar-free flavorings can be a great way to customize drinks while managing blood sugar levels. However, keep in mind that even sugar-free sodas should be consumed in moderation. Recent research suggests artificial sweeteners may affect sugar cravings and weight management. Consider alternating with plain water for optimal hydration.

When making changes to your beverages, remember to monitor your blood sugar levels and discuss any concerns with your healthcare provider.
