Try a plump fresh date - only one, with nuts.

I get me a bag of no sugar added Reese's cup. Tastes just as good as the sugar added ones. Also, they have the no sugar added Hersey bars here in Georgia. They are satisfying. 🤗

You could also try sugar free pudding or jello.

Try frozen blueberries in Greek yoghurt.
Or try ONE date. They are very sweet. Eat the date with about 5-6 nuts (raw almonds or such like).

When sugar cravings hit, try these diabetes-friendly sweet options: cottage cheese with fresh pineapple, dark chocolate-covered almonds or strawberries, frozen cherries, or dates stuffed with walnuts and low-fat cream cheese. A sweet-tasting protein shake can also help satisfy cravings while keeping blood sugar stable. Many DiabetesTeam members have found success by modifying dessert recipes to be more diabetes-friendly. Try using artificial sweeteners instead of sugar, and experiment with almond flour or other low-carb flour alternatives. Some members enjoy frozen sugar-free pudding as a satisfying treat that won't spike blood sugar levels.

Remember to check your hunger level before eating sweets - sometimes what feels like a craving may be emotional rather than physical hunger. Try drinking water first or taking a short walk to see if the craving passes.
