1. Healthy Eating:
- Focus on a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins.
- Avoid sugars and processed carbohydrates.

2. Regular Exercise:
- Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise most days of the week.
- Activities like walking, swimming, and cycling can reduce liver fat and improve insulin sensitivity.

3. Weight Management:
- Even a modest weight loss of 7% to 10% of your body weight can improve liver health and blood sugar control.

4. Medical Appointments:
- Regular check-ups allow your healthcare team to monitor your condition and adjust treatments as needed.

5. Medications:
- Some medications can help manage both diabetes and fatty liver disease. Consult your healthcare provider for options.

6. Lifestyle Improvements:
- Sufficient sleep, stress management, and fostering social connections can enhance overall health.

Remember to follow your doctor's advice closely and keep up with your medical appointments to catch any issues early.
