I'd have to look like a stick figure in order to have a flat stomach. I want to lose fat just from my middle. Is it possible?

Members connected over the challenge of losing stubborn belly fat with an apple-shaped body type, with many sharing that low-carb diets, regular gym workouts, and core exercises helped reduce their midsections, though genetics and life factors like pregnancy often meant a completely flat stomach remained elusive. Several members offered practical strategies including daily ab exercises starting at 15 minutes, waist trainers for support, working with personal trainers, and focusing on lowering blood sugar numbers rather than achieving perfect aesthetics. A recurring theme was accepting that spot reduction isn't realistic, understanding that belly fat relates to metabolic health, and finding peace with bodies that may never look magazine-perfect but can still be healthier and stronger.

Becky lay on the bed and just bend up like u r gonna do a set up but stop when u feel the middle of your stomach burning. Hands behind head and keep neck straight up. And I promise that stomach will slowly burn off. I used that to go from 56 pants to a 28. Just start with a few and work off all the stomach u want to. It will work and good luck my friend. I too have that classic apple shape. I have lost some with a low carb diet. Cutting out sugar, pasta, rice, breads unless it’s a keto bread like chaffles or an keto english muffin and potatoes. It also helped that I go to the gym. It didn’t get rid of all of it, but it’s much better than it was 45 pounds ago. The battle scars of three kids and my hysterectomy left me with a permanent sag that won’t go unless I have surgery but not something I’ll do. I’ve come to accept I’ll never have a flat stomach.

You need a waste trainer which also helps support your back.
