I want to propose an experiment to you to do. I have successfully experimented with an experiment on how to lie down to sleep or simply to rest. This allows to have a lot of success in controlling diabetes
You just have to get into the habit of always lying on your left shoulder, when the glucose level is too high or, is normal. If the level is too low, lie on the right shoulder. Otherwise, you risk having a hard hypoglycemia
