Atherosclerosis is a major factor with ED as well as low Testerone levels in older men.There are many new non prescription treatment available.A open discussion with you primary care physician is the best place to start

Talk to your Doctor

ED is quite common amongst diabetics.

Years of blood sugar issues cause vascular damage, so for "most" diabetics that experience ED it is physical and not psychological

Near perfect blood sugar control will help prevent it from getting worse but you may need prescription help to regain function
