I don't like eating Werewolves - taste a little too "gamey" for me 😂

What do you mean by werewolf eating? Wanting to munch late at night?.Try having more fat and protein in your evening meal, and a high protein snack just before bed

I find having a glucose level above 6/108 before settling down gives me a better night than if it's lower.

@A DiabetesTeam Member I get up in the middle of the night and eat when I have difficulty sleeping, to help me get to sleep. For me limiting my daytime naps and getting sufficient exercise during the day is key. Eating something high protein before bed also helps.
