Most everything in our lives are made better or worse by what we put in our mouths.

Kidney disease for those with diabetes, can be and is related to glucose spikes for years. Cumulative vascular damage is from glucose spikes above 7.8(140 usa). Control your numbers and arrest that cumulative vascular damage today.

Stop nerve damage from the vascular damage, before it gets too late. I like my toes, my feet, my legs, and my life. Kidneys, liver, brain, heart health, mental health, and more are good things to have.

Yes Arthritis can be eased by proper activity, nutrition, adequate sleep, and self care. Depression can be impacted by so many little things and deficiencies play a part in that.
