Could be more carbs than you can handle. Try eating to your blood glucose meter and the nondiabetic range of 4.0(72 usa) to 7.8(140 usa).

Track your before eating numbers, and 2 hour numbers and control them, by what you put in your mouth. Use a food journal and identify how much of each food you can handle.
