Anyone can have the best eating plan for themselves, but it takes time, measuring, and testing frequently.

I eat to my blood glucose meter, my blood glucose numbers spreadsheet, and my food journal. They tell me what foods I can eat somewhat freely, what foods I must limit, and what foods I must almost totally avoid.

I eat to the nondiabetic numbers range of 4.0(72 usa) to 7.8(140 usa). So all my numbers, both before eating and 2 hour numbers are in this range. It takes a little time to get there. But it's worth it.

When you eat to this nondiabetic numbers range diabetes complications and comorbidities are arrested now.
