I found the Cinnamon Supplements and Lions mane capsules does help lower blood sugar levels. Although it is not a cure I agree😄

Yes, but you have to define "success"

These are not meds, they are not a cure and they are nowhere near pharmaceutical grade

Both products contain valid ingredients that are available over the counter everywhere vitamins and minerals are sold, but in the case of both of these products, they have simply made up their own concoction, put it in a capsule and charge you 5 to 10 times more than the individual ingredients would cost

The product is "fine" it's their totally misleading marketing that is the problem

You will not "control your blood sugar" or "lose weight" with either product unless (fine print time) you use this in combination with diet and exercise with the caveat that "Effects of product can be different from user to another user"

From the mfgs"

The potent ingredients in FitSpresso include Capsicum Annum, Panax Ginseng, Silybum Marianum, Lagerstroemia Speciosa, Chromium Picolinate, and L-Carnitine, each serving a specific role in supporting weight loss and overall health

(the CinnaChroma)

Cinnamon Capsules with Chromium Picolinate Plus Vitamin D3 and K2

In both products it's the Chromium which helps improve insulin resistance "a little". I take a Chromium supplement (in higher dose than in either of these).

From my own numbers (I wear a Libre2 so "know" my sugar levels every minute) the Chromium (at maximum safe dosage) dropped my blood sugar average by 0.3 mmols/5 points - not earth shattering but keeps my A1C at 5.5/5.6 "instead of" 5.7%

Not worth 60 bucks a month for the "concoction" but 3 months worth of Chromium supplements from the drug store cost under 10 bucks

You need 3g worth of Cinnamon for it to be "therapeutic grade" - 1.2g in supplement is the max before it becomes "toxic" to you (not refined enough - it's not a "drug"), so you can't ingest enough for it to be considered a "medication" - but it still helps "a little"

If you want to lose weight eat less or see the Doc about "real meds" to help - this is a waste of money

If you want better blood sugar control, certainly use a few supplements to shave "very few points" off your average, but losing weight and eating healthy will do ten times more even without the 60 buck a month capsule full of vitamins/minerals

Their "with diet and exercise" disclaimer really means "if you followed a diet and exercised regularly you would do better than taking this capsule"

Fine if you want to "add this" (or any supplement) to an overall plan as a "little helper" but if you are looking to take a pill and have it do the work, there is no such thing...
