Yes, glycinate and citrate are also rated as "beneficial" for Diabetics

I'm not a chemist but the difference between the different (forms) of magnesium have to do with how much hydrogen is attached to the different types

Because Epsom Salts are a type of magnesium, but don't know if I would drink the stuff after soaking my feet 😁

What about magnesium glycinate? That's what I've been taking because it gentle on the stomach. I take 250mg

magnesium sulfate -MgSo4 is what has been used in all the clinical trials that showed improvement of both fasting and post-prandial blood sugar levels taken at a dosage of 300mg daily
