How about doing the hard work and
1) cutting out all added sugars in food and drink. Baby steps.
2) Slowly cut back your net carbs to 1 serving per meal- 15 carbs. Baby steps.
3) That leaves enough room for a half plate of very low carb vegetables. Baby steps.
4) And enough room for 2-3 servings of diabetes friendly whole fruit a day. Baby steps.
5) Gentle Exercise like walking. Baby steps.
6) Sleep 7-8 hours nightly. Baby steps.
7) Sip 3-5 litres water daily for best hydration. Baby steps.
And never give up, never surrender, never ever.
