It used to be neuropathy in my feet and constantly getting up to pee but now that I’m loosing weight and exercising every day I’m not bothered by these symptoms anymore

Yes Low dose magnesium definitely curbs leg cramps. I take 125 mg each evening & no more cramps.

@A DiabetesTeam Member Maybe you've had neuropathy long enough to cause permanent damage. The burning and tingling in my feet went away when I got my blood glucose down but my thighs are permanently numb and yet tingly because I had been undiagnosed for such a long time and therefore there is permanent damage.

Have you tried Evening Primrose Oil? It can help reduce discomfort but you can't take it permanently.
