Hi @A DiabetesTeam Member,
Most people can handle up to 6 servings of low net carb vegetables daily. As well as 2-3 servings of diabetes friendly whole fruit daily. Baby steps.

2 servings of low net carb vegetables fit easily on half a 7 inch plate. Baby steps.

Most can handle a serving of carbs each meal. A serving is 15 carbs: 1 slice bread, 1/3 cup potatoes, or rice, or pasta. Baby steps.

A serving of fruit is half an apple, half a pear, half a peach, half an orange, half an avocado, a mandarin orange. Baby steps.

A serving of meat, fish, chicken, is 3-4 ounces, about the size of a deck of cards. Baby steps.

Meat and fat have no carbs.
Milk is 1 carb per ounce.
Heavy whipping cream has no carbs.
2 eggs is 1 carb.
Keto friendly bread is 4-6 net carbs per slice. Baby steps.
